X-ray Center

The X-rays beam moves in a circle around the body, which allows many different views of the same organ or structure that we want to diagnose. It shows detailed image of any part of body, which enables the doctors to diagnose effectively. Recently, a combination of x-rays and computer technology has been developed in digital system. It is used to diagnose lung cancer in smokers, liver cancer, colon cancer, and visceral fat in order to know the risk of Ischemic Heart Disease and Artery Blood Flow.

Services

- General Radiography – uses X-rays to create a fixed or 2D image of the inside of the body.  A portion of the X-rays are absorbed or scattered by the internal structure and the remaining x-rays pattern is transmitted to a detector so that an image may be recorded for later evaluation.

- Fluoroscopy – the X-ray beam is used with a video screen, which allows physicians to visualize the movement of a body part or of an instrument through the body in real time.

- CT Scan – Computed tomography is a diagnostic imaging test used to create detailed images of internal organs. The cross-sectional images generated during a CT scan can be reformatted in multiple planes, and can even generate three-dimensional images, which can be viewed on a computer monitor. CT scanning is often the best method for detecting many different cancers. It is fast, painless, noninvasive and accurate.
