President's Message
The year 2011 in Mahamongkol marks the occasion of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 84th birthday. Srivichai Vejvivat Public Company Limited has always shown loyalty to His Majesty by following the royal policy to conduct business with honesty, service with integrity, transparency, Accountability and social responsibility. Over the 24 years of conducting business, the company has always been committed to exemplary management. It is considered an important foundation of the company to continuously earn the trust, respect and confidence of all its customers
The company has renamed all its three hospital branches during the Mahamongkol year, namely:
- Vichaivej International Hospital Omnoi from Srivichai Hospital Omnoi
- Vichaivej International Hospital Nongkhaem from Srivichai Hospital Nongkhaem
- Vichaivej International Hospital Samutsakorn from Srivichai Hospital Samutsakorn
On October 3, 2011 we submitted the Securities Issuing Company of Form 69-1 to the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is aimed at enhancing our corporate image through good governance that serves the best interests of shareholders equally.
This is also in line with the company’s vision to become the most preferred leading hospital offering a wide range of medical care and services in all its branches, and to expand its range of services to accommodate foreign customers.
The Vichaivej International Hospital Group is committed to “Change to Excellent”, along with the change of the logo and slogan of the hospital group to reflect the philosophy of service, which can be summed up as:
