     Our body has 206 bones, and has many joints connecting one bone to another, which support movement of our body. The joints include shoulder joints, hip joints, ball and socket joints, etc. and enable body to move in many different directions.

            Arthritis causes inflammation and stiffness of the joints, which result in difficulty in movement of our body.  Recently, 1 in 7 people at all ages experience Arthritrs and be mostly found in older people. Arthritis pain is considered chronic, which patients will live with it. If you have pain or inflammation on any joint of your body over 2 weeks, please meet the doctors in order to diagnose the disease.

Initial symptoms of Arthritis

  • Experience inflammation of the joints
  • Waking up with stiffness for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Experience joint pain, but get better when movement
